1. Individual (FIT) Room Reservations:
Free Cancellation before 72 hours
Late Cancellation: For late cancellation one-day full tariff will be charged.
No-show: In case of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), no return will be applicable.
2. Group Reservations (Lodging & Venue):
Definition of Group:
Five (5) or more rooms or ten (10) or more guests booked under one reservation.
Free Cancellation: Full refund if canceled at least 05 days before the check-in date.
50% will be charged in-case of late cancellation.
No-show: No refund
6. Refund Policy:
If the cancellation is eligible for a refund under the above policy, IDF Innovation Hub will process the refund within 7-10 working days. The processing timeline may vary depending on the financial institution’s protocols.
